39.4x59.1 in ~ Painting, Acrylic
Large acrylic painting on a 3.5 cm thick poplar wood panel.
Story about the painting:
I was born in Budapest, the capital and largest city of Hungary, and I still live here today. I probably wouldn't be able to live anywhere else.
Every day I walk the streets of this big city, absorb its atmosphere and look for and find many motives for my work.
Although I sometimes find the busy and hectic atmosphere on the streets exhausting, I usually come back full of energy and ideas.
In the silence and warmth of home, I then interpret the mosaics of experiences from the street into the motifs and compositions of my paintings.
One autumn afternoon, a man walking a dog caught my eye. From the expression on his face, it was clearly obvious that he would prefer to have this activity behind him and devote himself to other activities.
Still, he was neither angry nor disgusted. He probably liked the dog and realized that four-legged pets are not always just joy and fun, but often also responsibility and duty.
I dedicated the painting to all pet lovers who have my admiration and respect.
